A couple of other ideas I like to do with blogs:

Invite a native speaker &quot;expert&quot; to write an article on the blog. Your learners can engage with them and send in questions to the &quot;expert&quot; via the comments function of the blog. It&#039;s a nice easy way for them to get in touch with a &quot;real&quot; English / Spanish / French etc speaker.

Post a photo of a strange / unusual / odd object and ask the learners to write a sales pitch for it for the market of the language they are studying. It&#039;s a nice way to allow the students to use their imagination while at the same time giving them practice of real-world language skills.

There are of course heaps of other blog activities that you can do, but these are two that I particularly enjoy doing.
