Yep, Box of Tricks is one year old today. I certainly find it hard to believe that it’s only a year ago that I decided to find out more about this blogging malarkey and ended up downloading and installing WordPress.
What started as a repository of ideas for me to refer back to (I have a notoriously bad memory) and a place where I could share and contrast my reflections about education has become an intrinsic part of my daily life. I enjoy writing Box of Tricks because it makes me want to find out more and it makes me think things through. That’s why I keep at it. It’s not a desire to be read but rather an aspiration to improve myself.
So, cheap philosophising aside, thank you to all those who have supported this crazy idea of mine by reading my posts over the last year. I am particularly grateful to those of you who have taken the time to comment on my posts, be it to say well done! or that’s the stupidest thing I’ve read in a while! Thank you all!
